When you work with Sway, we’ll help you every step of the way. We’ll start by understanding your vision for the event and identifying where we can help the most. We’ll present you with different options for various venues and vendors based on your requirements and budget, and provide you with a proposal for the entire event. If you decide to move forward, we will send you a contract and an invoice. That’s it!
We will do all of the work to coordinate logistics and keep up updated on the process.

Every event is different and, therefore, pricing is subject to a variety of factors. From headcount to event type to services offered. We’ll work with you to identify a budget, and revise our approach to fit your needs.
Sway charges for the various event planning services that it offers. If you are booking through Sway, we’ll let you know how much you’ll pay for everything.
