The Story

The Chile California Council approached Sway with a vision to create an impactful networking event that would strengthen ties between California and Chilean communities. The council, dedicated to fostering bilateral cooperation, sought to organize a gathering that would facilitate meaningful connections and showcase the vibrant relationship between these two regions.

Planning the Event

Collaboration began with thorough discussions about the council's objectives and requirements. We identified November 2024 as the optimal timing and selected the prestigious UC Law Campus as our venue. The location offered an academic setting that aligned perfectly with the council's mission of knowledge exchange and professional networking.

The venue needed to accommodate panel discussions, networking spaces, and catering services for the distinguished guests. Sway coordinated closely with UC Law Campus facilities to ensure all technical and spatial requirements were met.

Crafting the Experience
